We are building up a local TYPO3 user group in Zanzibar by providing the complete server infrastructure. In addition, we foster knowledge exchange by affiliating with the Austrian TYPO3 User Group TUGA and connect people personally by providing e-mail or social media contacts (see section 'Social Media' of this document). We encourage TUGA members to visit Zanzibar and other hot spots like Kampala, Nairobi or Lusaka (Zambia) and Blantyre (Malawi) to bring their experience and hold talks at local BarCamps or garage events there. We provide video coverage from such events by filming the talks and do interviews at the venue of the event. To ensure the initial economic sustainability of the TYPO3 users, we strive to raise outsourcing projects in Austria from our partners thereby creating a win-win situation.
