NoisR is the prototype of a mashup of several services with the purpose of presenting information for illiterate people or people with no computer. Simply explained, it makes text available as a voice after dialing a telephone number. For example, in order to find the newest market price for rice in a certain region, the person can dial a number and listen. The whole service is built based on the concept of mashups, so only existing services are connected. Right now the prototype is developed further and additional interfaces and enhancements like a Facebook application or a firefox plugin are created
