Abfallwirtschaftskonzept

The waste management platform (abfallwirtschtschaftskonzept.at) is collecting waste information from companies and produces a document for them compliant to the federal requirements according to the Austrian Abfallwirtschaftsgesetz 2002 (AWG 2002) from November 2nd 2002 and implements Ö NORM S 2100. Company data will be private, but if the company wants to contribute the data to a marketplace feature, they will be listet there and maybe get a cheaper price for the disposal of their waste. Waste managment companies can register and apply for the disposal and make an offer for it electronically. The first year will be free for both actors, later there will be a fee to produce the document, post the amount of waste and apply for disposal. We are looking for suitable counterparts in LCDs so that this project can be further developed in LCDs. A first step is to translate Ö NORM S 2100 to other languages and make the people there familiar to the terminology. The project is open source and powered by toools
